Participants wishing to stay at the Zambezi Sun and wish to take advantage of negotiated room rates of US$150 (single) and ($166 double) per night, should book and pay through the secretariat by 30th June 2008. Advance payment is required to secure this accommodation. Any bookings done after this date must be made directly with the Hotel and will be charged normal rates which are higher. Participants making reservations with other hotels and lodges must provide information to the secretariat to allow for logistical planning and confirmation. Delegates wishing to stay at the Royal Livingstone should make own reservations directly with the hotel.
